Kia Ora Koutou

Working with the Ko Te Tuara Totara o Fordlands team at the community centre is an exciting honour and privilege.

The community is blessed to have such a wonderful whanau who genuinely care for and support this community.

​

I have been on the committee since 2018 in various roles. Our committee is strong and focused on what we believe we can do for the community of Fordlands and their whanau. I have a professional background in  nursing, being a nurse for 26 years with 12 of those years being in nursing management.

​

I bring those skills and knowledge to help the work we do at the community centre. My partner and I are proud parents of five children who all grew up in Fordlands and we now have 14 mokopuna growing up here too.

I am passionate about this community and its potential.
